1. BYOW Policy: Bring Your Own Wine (BYOW) is allowed only on designated “BYOW Nights” every Tuesday at Siamese Doll Restaurant. We reserve the right to specify the days and times when BYOW is permitted.

2. Corkage Fee: A corkage fee will be charged per bottle of wine brought by customers. The fee is subject to change and will be clearly displayed at the entrance or on the menu. This fee covers the cost of serving and handling the wine. The fee is &10 per bottle, 1 bottle per two persons or a maximum of 5 bottles for a group of 10 or more.

3. Wine Limitations: Customers may bring a maximum of 5 bottles of wine per table for a group of 10 or more. The bottles must be properly sealed and unopened. We reserve the right to refuse service if the wine is deemed inappropriate or if it does not comply with our policies.

4. Responsible Consumption: While we encourage customers to enjoy their own wine, we also expect responsible consumption. Customers must be of legal drinking age and must not consume excessive amounts of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are visibly intoxicated.

5. Liability: Customers are solely responsible for the wine they bring, including any damage or injury caused by the wine. We will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the wine or personal property.

6. Discretion of Management: Our management reserves the right to modify or cancel the BYOW policy at any time, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or poses a threat to the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.

7. Compliance with Laws: Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the consumption and transportation of alcohol. Any violation of these laws will result in immediate action, including but not limited to reporting to the authorities.

8. Reservation and Availability: BYOW nights may require prior reservation, and availability is subject to the discretion of management. Please contact us in advance to confirm the availability of BYOW on your desired date.

By participating in Bring Your Own Wine Night, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the denial of service or other appropriate actions.
